During the 2011 year a total of 365 houses were sold in Portland ME. This was a 9% decrease in sales volume from the
previous year, which saw 400 homes sold. Inventories have been low through the
region. For the 2011 year, Portland
homes averaged a 217K price. This was identical to the 2010 year.
