Harpswell Maine Housing March February 2010

The mid coastal communities of Harpswell Maine saw 2 residential real estate transactions occur in March 2010 which was the same as seen in March 2009. The median sold price for these 2 units was 400K. Overall the market continues to remain quiet, but hopefully the spring 2nd home buyer’s market will help change this over the coming months. The current inventory level rests at 108 homes on the market compared with 101 last month.
