The month of October saw 9 homes sold in Freeport Maine.
This is a 200% gain in number of homes sold compared to October of 2010. Median
pricing was 238K, a 13% yearly decline, although with a small sample size this
should be taken with a grain of salt. Days on the market have been decreasing
to 46 in October – continuing a downward trend during the past few months.
